Printable Kids Packing List With Pictures

We're getting ready to go out of town and my kids love to prepare for a trip.  If you've got some travel planned as well, you might like this packing list so the kids can help out.

You can modify and print your own by clicking on the image below, then in Google docs go to “File” and click “Make a copy.”

Make Packing Easy For Kids

Once you've got a copy you can delete or add items or rearrange if you like.

The downloadable document includes:

  • Short Sleeved Shirts
  • Long Sleeved Shirts
  • Pants
  • Shorts
  • Hat
  • Swim Suit
  • Pajamas
  • Jacket
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Shoes
  • Sandals
  • Water Bottle
  • Backpack
  • Blanket
  • Lovey
  • Toothbrush
  • Books
  • Dresses
  • Skirts

For my kids, I printed out the lists and then wrote a number in the box to indicate how many they should pack of each item.  If you think you'll be using this repeatedly you could laminate it or slip it into a sheet protector and use dry erase markers to mark things off.

Happy travels!
